At Harjaan Premium Mart, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items purchased during clearance or special promotions (unless damaged)
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Share clear photos/videos showing the issue
  • Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • In some cases, store credit or exchange may be offered instead of a refund.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them.
  • Once processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
