- Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products
- Items purchased during clearance or special promotions (unless damaged)
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In some cases, store credit or exchange may be offered instead of a refund.
5. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them.
- Once processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
